We have our own operations team made up of the executive chef, sous chefs, catering chefs and more than 30 professionals, including cooks and station chefs. Our service staff is young and dynamic, with an international profile and excellent training in the catering industry. Last of all, our steward team takes care of setting up the kitchen facilities, making sure that all of the equipment works with no margin for errors.
