His extensive professional career led him to become Executive Chef at a two Michelin-starred restaurant: Enoteca by Paco Pérez, at the Hotel Arts Barcelona. From his childhood, he learned the essence of authentic dishes such as zafrani dum biryani, with his mother in the family catering business.
